Board Classes

BOARD30 CLASSIC

Our signature HIIT training class focuses on working with multiple angles and levels of resistance to gain strength, mobility, balance and improve cardio capabilities. This music-oriented class applies elements of pilates, yoga, strength training, power moves, and cardio, utilizing floor-to-ceiling resistance anchors.

Classes are 30 minutes, followed by a 10 minute cool down.

BOARD30 POWER HOUR

Our classic HIIT class but one step up in difficulty and length! A full-body workout that utilizes the BOARD30 floor-to-ceiling resistance system to focus on cardio, strength training, balance, and more.
Previous BOARD30 experience is encouraged but not necessary.
Classes are 45 minutes with a 10 minute cool down.

BOUNCE & BURN

A 40-minute guided fitness session rebounding on a mini trampoline. Cardio intense and a great lower body workout!
Class consists of rebounding on a trampoline for 35 minutes—focusing on cardio and strength—and then finishing with a 5 minute cool down.

Board30 Balance, Sculpt & Mobility

A 30-minute interval flow, movement-based class. Focus on form, balance, strength, muscle lengthening, and mobility. Unlock tight areas, use mobility tools to help posture, increase body awareness, and improve range of motion. Gentler on your joints with less cardio than our other classes. All levels are welcome.

Classes are 30 minutes with a 10 minute cool down.

Board30 Standing Strength

BOARD30 Standing is similar to our Classic HIIT class, but all the moves are done standing, lessening strain on the knees. The focus is on cardio, strengthening, and toning.

All levels and abilities are welcome.

Classes are 30 minutes, followed by a 10 minute cool down.

BOARD30 Circuit

This 45-minute class puts a spin on our classic HIIT training by combining the BOARD30 system with other equipment for a diverse full-body workout. We focus on working with multiple angles and levels of resistance to gain strength, mobility, balance and improve cardio capabilities as well as flexibility.
Classes are 45 minutes, followed by a 5 minute cool down.
